Boca Grande Sea Turtle Association is dedicated to the protection of sea turtles along the nesting beaches of Boca Grande (Gasparilla Island) Florida as well as the protection and preservation of sea turtles and their habitat. They provide citizen support for the scientific community to gather data and document the status of endangered/threatened sea turtles, to promote education and awareness of sea turtles and proper beach protocols during nesting season while assisting the Florida Wildlife Commission.
