  • When do I get my Damage Deposit back?

    Damage Deposits are held in a non-interest-bearing escrow account and returned 45 days from the date of departure.

  • Does the home have WiFi?

    All of our homes have WiFi and the log in information will be provided at your arrival.

  • Can we pay with a credit card?

    No. We accept checks, money orders, cash and ACH transfers (e-check).

  • How much is the toll to get over the bridge?

    The bridge toll is $6.00. Contact the GIBA for long term passes.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Upon written notification of cancellation or default to this Agency by the Occupants, this Agency will do all reasonably possible to re-lease the premises on the same terms and conditions. The Deposit(s) are non-refundable unless the reserved dates can be re-rented in their entirety. Occupants will incur $100 cancellation fee. Travel insurance fees are non-refundable charges.
